San Diego, CA - December 26th, 2001 - RAM Laboratories, Inc., of San Diego is being awarded a two-year, $5,595,198 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity-type contract to provide research, development, test, analysis, and assessment in several broad areas of C4ISR simulation, with a focus on research and development into next generation simulation architectures, support of collaborative simulation, improvements of simulation performance, and C4ISR model development and implementation. All work will be performed in San Diego. The period of performance is from December 21, 2001 through December 20, 2003. This contract includes three, one-year options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $15,181,931. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year; task orders will be funded as they are issued. This contract was competitively procured through a Broad Agency Announcement (No. N66001-99-X-6906) posted in the Commerce Business Daily on October 5, 1999. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center San Diego (SSC San Diego) is the contracting activity (N66001-02-D-6005).
