RAM Laboratories, Inc. Wins Contract from the Air Force Research Laboratory to Develop Innovative Simulation Technology to Predict Adversary Behavior
San Diego, CA - May 1st, 2006 - RAM Laboratories has announced that the company won a Phase I SBIR (Small Business Innovative Research) contract from the Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome Research Site, NY. In this effort, the company will be developing An Adversary Prediction Environment (APE) for Complex Dynamic Environments.
The APE technology can be used to predict adversary behavior through the use of embedded simulation and real-time ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) data. The resulting decision support technology assists Commanders in understanding adversary intent and identifies how the potential execution of that intent may impact coalition forces.
“RAM Laboratories has a proven track record of providing innovative simulation technologies to AFRL for close to a decade, and with this win, we are confident that our partnership with the Air Force will once again provide a needed technology to our troops and coalition partners”, said Dr. Richard MacDonald, President and CEO of RAM Laboratories.
