PEO - Command Control Communications Tactical (PEO-C3T) Selects RAM Laboratories for Simulation and Assessment Contract Award

San Diego, CA - July 9th, 2007 - RAM Laboratories, Inc. announced today that it has been selected for a Phase II Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) award to develop next generation intelligent agent-based simulation technologies in support of Network Operations Planning via the Program Executive Office Command Control Communications Tactical (PEO-C3T). The contract is worth an estimated $780K.

The effort will develop an agent-based communications planning capability known as CARET (Course of Action Analysis with Real-time Effects Toolbox) that provides capabilities that assess network operations and promote network re-planning and re-configuration. The technology utilizes predictive assessments of mission plans in conjunction with cognitive modeling approaches to off-load workloads associated with network operations planning activities. The technology will provide a fielded capability to support IED Jammer/Blue Force frequency deconfliction in operational environments.

"RAM Laboratories is pleased to have the opportunity to apply our modeling, simulation and assessment technologies to the network operations planning community," said Dr. Richard MacDonald, RAM Laboratories' President and CEO. "This award will allow us to develop technologies that will make a difference on the ground."
