RAM Laboratories’ CEO Appointed to the Simulation Interoperability Standards Organization Executive Committee
San Diego, CA - Sep 3rd, 2009 - RAM Laboratories is pleased to announce that Dr. Richard MacDonald, President & CEO, has been appointed to the Simulation Interoperability Standards Organization (SISO) Executive Committee (EXCOM).
SISO is an international organization dedicated to the promotion of modeling and simulation interoperability and reuse for the benefit of a broad range of M&S communities. SISO's Conference Committee organizes Simulation Interoperability Workshops (SIWs) in the US and Europe. SISO's Standards Activity Committee develops and supports simulation interoperability standards, both independently and in conjunction with other organizations.
The SISO EXCOM is the governing policy level body that provides overall governance and strategic planning for SISO. Dr. MacDonald’s term commences at the closure of the Fall SIW Workshop, September 25th, 2009.
