Scope:
The objective of this contract is to develop a planner / optimizer tool that enhances the cooperative use of the MUOS satellite system. The “Quick Planner” tool provides the capability for pre-evaluation of user-specified Satellite Access Requests (SARs) and calculates the optimal configuration of the Satellite-Beam-Carrier (SBC) assignment given current loading and projected MUOS resource commitments.
