Pre-Tax Contributions:
Employees may contribute 1% - 12% of their gross compensation up to the annual allowed maximum.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

EAP is a prepaid benefit at no cost to the employee, which provides confidential professional assistance to employees and eligible dependents. Private and confidential counseling is offered 24/7 that addresses a full range of personal concerns.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM

RAM Laboratories, Inc. provides subsidies for tuition reimbursement for employees. Assistance is provided to assist in the continued education of our employees. Reimbursement is contingent upon an acceptable letter grade or certificate and 12 consecutive months of employment.

PERSONAL TIME OFF

RAM Laboratories, Inc. combines vacation and sick leave into one account, which is entitled Personal Time Off or PTO. PTO may be used for vacation, illness or personal requirement and accrues from the first day of employment.

HOLIDAYS

RAM Laboratories, Inc. offers ten paid holidays to all eligible employees. One of these holidays can be used at the employees’ discretion.
